Swimming is at Centenary Pool Spring Hill for pool sessions and Ennogra Dam for open water training.
Most rides leave from in front of the XXXX Brewery in Milton following a variety of routes. Weekday rides are set between 1.5 – 2hrs. Rides range from strength sets to brick sessions. Weekends are reserved for long rides and TT training depending on upcoming races.
Running sessions are mixed between Bowman Park Bardon, The University of Queensland for track/effort sessions and the surrounding areas of Brisbane like Gap Creek Ennogra and Mt. Cootha for trail runs.
Yamba Squad and Swift Multisport camps
Yamba is blessed with a perfect climate and environment for training. Our long history and networks in the region allow us to run squads and camps at a variety of venues and locations.
Swimming is at the Yamba Swimming Pool and at Whiting Beach for open water training.
Running sessions are at the Yamba cricket oval. Long runs are on the Clarence River paths and numerous local beach and trail runs.
Riding groups meet on the corner of Shores Drive and take in many roads and routes in the Yamba and Clarence Valley area.
