Swift Multisport group training sessions are located in and around the inner west of Brisbane, Australia.
Please note our schedule is amended during the year based on personal programs and group racing etc.
The basic outline of our group training sessions for a typical week are as follows:

Morning sessions start @ 5.00 or 5.15am for approx 1-1.5 hours during the week. This gives people ample time to train and get to their daily commitments on time, or have a coffee.
On the weekend the sessions often run longer, but can be adjusted to accommodate your schedule.
Everything is personalised to your circumstances and your coach will work with you to get the most out of your available time.
Swimming and trainer sets
Stuartholme pool Toowong. This is a great facility with a 25 meter pool with 14 lanes. Our sessions are run by qualified swim coaches. We do open water swims during the year except for a few of the cooler months.
Cycling
Meeting point Paddington. Cycling routes vary depending on distance and time and will be advised by the coach. Some sessions may include a run off the bike and transition training.
Running
Various locations around Ashgrove, Bardon, Rosalie, Paddington & St Lucia.
