The squad is based next to Brisbane city, in and around Paddington and Bardon. Most of our sessions leave and return from this part of Brisbane. These include swim, ride and run training with a carefully balanced mix of volume and interval sessions. You will also find us having coffee after morning sessions in many of the great cafes in the area.
Weekdays we keep our sessions to generally no more then 1.5 hours, with specific sets to utilise the time effectively. We wrap up early enough for everyone to get to work on time. On weekends we head out of the city for long rides across different directions and distances depending on which race events are in the pipeline.
