Our goal is to design and cater for a program that is scheduled around each athlete’s capability and lifestyle. Maximising your training hours efficiently is always at the forefront of what we do. We don’t believe in a one size fits all approach, there are thousands of cookie cut programs available, but will they fit your needs or can they be adapted? With access to a full time coach, your program is tailored but can quickly be adjusted if and when things change.
We offer programs that can be done on your own time or worked in together with squad sessions to mix up the training and motivation.
Our coaches have a total of 50 years triathlon and coaching experience between us and You will still find each of us racing at a competitive level, putting into practice what we coach. This helps us to keep learning and adapting with the technology and techniques so we can improve our athletes.
If you would like to find out more about our coaching or come along to one of our sessions to check it out then please feel free to contact us and we will happily discuss your triathlon needs.
