Open water swimmingCamps are run several times a year for members. They are designed to push everyone with a solid block of triathlon training. 

By keeping these to mainly squad members and a limited number of guests we keep our camps to a high quality, smooth and safe standard. This is the main point of difference between how these camps are run and what you will find elsewhere.

Like our normal training sessions our goal is to always come back the way we arrived – as one tight group. Dynamics are managed so athletes of all levels are pushed to their limit. We all look after each other doing it.

Base training

You will find a strong focus on the bike during our camps.   It’s not everyday you get to experience long rides on safe roads while consecutively building your distances over prolonged days. The fact we are a squad and aware of everyone’s capabilities means we achieve a base training level that’s unmatched.  

With untouched run trails, open water swims, and some of the best riding back drops in the country, our camps are definitely unique.
